U Type Rubber Seat Butterfly Valve
Features：
• The seat and disc are the only valve components that come into contact with the medium.
• Specially developed for use with abrasive or erosive fluids.
• Incorporates a cartridge‑style seat that can be replaced without special tools.
The seat comprises a reinforced backing ring with the elastomer vulcanized to it. Once the valve is secured between pipe flanges, this stable seat resists any deformation or displacement. The cartridge design also prevents problems such as elastomer stretching or bending in front of the disc during cycling.
• Supports a broad spectrum of material combinations.
• Comes with a standardized actuator flange to make operator changes straightforward.
• Hub sealing is ensured by preloaded contact between the flattened seat surface and the disc hub, providing a reliable seal at any disc position.
• The one‑piece, wafer‑thin disc and stem assembly offers extremely low flow resistance.
• The seat is field‑replaceable, isolating the body and stem from the flow path.
• Integral molded O‑rings serve as flange seals, eliminating the requirement for separate gaskets.
• Universal mounting flange:
The integrally cast actuator flange meets ISO 5211 dimensional requirements, making it compatible with a full range of operators—including 10‑position handle kits, gear actuators, electric actuators, and pneumatic actuators.
