Product Description

Features：

• Bubble-tight shut-off at full pressure rating
• At the slightest rotary motion, the seal is lifted off the body seat, which means that there is no transition from static to dynamic friction between the seat and plug.
• Standardized actuator flange for easy operator interchangeability.
• The control and shut-off butterfly valve can be used for both directions of flow.
• Hub seal provided by preloaded contact between flatted seat surface and disc hub area for positive sealing at all disc positions.
• Specially engineered seat sealing system adds to longer service life and lower operating torque.

• The valves have an extraordinarily long service life since they open and close almost without friction and mechanical initial breakaway torque.
• Universal Mounting Flange
The cast-in actuator flange is universally designed in accordance with ISO 5211 standard dimensions.
The mounting flange can accommodate all types of operators such as:gear operators, electric actuators, and pneumatic actuators.
• The beveled conical seat geometry prevents friction, and thus wear and tear, when the valve is opened or closed. The initial break
away torques are minimized. The large facing allows strictest leakage requirements to be met.
