One Piece Stem No Pin Lug Butterfly Valve
Features：
• Only two internal parts—the seat and the disc—make contact with the service medium.
• Tailored for demanding conditions involving abrasive or erosive fluids.
• Incorporates a cartridge‑style seat that can be replaced without removing the body from the line.
The seat is constructed from a reinforced backing ring with the elastomer bonded to it by vulcanization. When the valve is sandwiched between pipeline flanges, the seat remains securely in place, resisting any deformation or movement. This cartridge design also eliminates problems such as elastomer stretching or bending ahead of the moving disc during operation.

• Fitted with a standardized actuator interface to facilitate straightforward swapping of operators.
• Sealing at the hub is accomplished through preloaded contact between the machined flat seat surface and the disc hub area, delivering a dependable seal regardless of disc position.
• The one‑piece, wafer‑thin disc and stem assembly creates minimal obstruction to flow.
• The seat is replaceable in the field, effectively isolating the body and stem from the fluid path.
• Built‑in molded O‑rings serve as flange seals, eliminating the requirement for additional gaskets.

The integrally cast actuator flange meets ISO 5211 dimensional specifications, making it compatible with a full range of operators—including 10‑position handle kits, gear drives, electric actuators, and pneumatic actuators.
