HH47X Tilting Disc Check Valve is primarily used at the pump outlet in water supply and drainage systems, suitable for pipeline systems conveying clean water, sewage, seawater and other media. This product ensures the safety of pipelines and pump equipment by preventing medium backflow and eliminating water hammer effects, integrating functions of fluid control and pipeline protection.

The valve features a compact structural design, with an overall length approximately one-third that of traditional swing check valves, offering advantages of small size and light weight. The combination of a soft rubber seal and a damping assembly forms a dual protection mechanism, enhancing sealing performance while ensuring smooth opening and closing of the disc. Its slow-closing system, through a staged closing technique (quick close followed by slow close), effectively suppresses destructive water hammer impacts, ensuring operation without vibration or noise. Compared to traditional valves, it significantly reduces flow resistance, thereby lowering energy consumption in the pipeline system.

D363H Butt-welded Hard Seal Butterfly Valve is an industrial valve with butt-weld connections, suitable for industrial pipeline systems in metallurgy, power, petrochemical, water supply and drainage, and municipal construction industries. It operates within a temperature range of -29°C to 425°C for carbon steel and as low as -40°C for stainless steel. The valve body and pipeline are permanently connected via welding, achieving zero leakage, and the flangeless design simplifies pipeline installation and insulation cladding.

This valve features a triple eccentric multi-layer metal hard seal structure.
The sealing surfaces of the seat and disc are made of stainless steel or cobalt-based hard alloy, providing corrosion resistance and bidirectional sealing functionality, making it adaptable to various media such as water, steam, and oil.
Materials for the body and disc include carbon steel, stainless steel, and chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel.
Actuation methods support various types including worm gear, electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic.
The sealing assembly utilizes a J-shaped elastic ring and a metal composite structure to meet high-temperature and high-pressure operating conditions.
The valve features a compact structure, small size, light weight, and flexible operation.
