Lever Operated Lug Type Butterfly Valve
Features：
• Only two valve components—the seat and the disc—come into contact with the flowing medium.
• Engineered for optimal performance in applications involving abrasive or erosive media.
• Features a replaceable cartridge seat.
The seat consists of a reinforced backing ring with the elastomer seat material vulcanized onto it. When the valve is installed between pipe flanges, this stable seat remains resistant to deformation or displacement. The cartridge construction also prevents issues such as stretching or bending of the elastomer in front of the moving disc during valve cycling.
• Offers a wide range of material combinations.
• Equipped with a standardized actuator flange to simplify operator interchangeability.
• Hub sealing is achieved through preloaded contact between the flattened seat surface and the disc hub area, ensuring positive sealing at any disc position.
• The one-piece wafer-thin disc and stem design minimizes flow obstruction.
• The seat can be replaced in the field, isolating the body and stem from the flow path.
• Molded‑in O‑rings provide flange sealing, eliminating the need for separate gaskets.
• Universal mounting flange:
The integrally cast actuator flange conforms to ISO 5211 standard dimensions, enabling compatibility with a variety of operators—including 10‑position handle kits, gear operators, electric actuators, and pneumatic actuators.
