• Double eccentric design optimizes the seal of the seat retaining ring allowing the disc to seal tightly while retaining the seat in
position against high pressure and flow
• Standardized actuator flange for easy operator interchangeability.
• Top bushing absorbs side thrust loads.
• Hub seal provided by preloaded contact between flatted seat surface and disc hub area for positive sealing at all disc positions.
• Specially engineered seat sealing system adds to longer service life and lower operating torque.
• Universal Mounting Flange
The cast-in actuator flange is universally designed in accordance with ISO 5211 standard dimensions.
The mounting flange can accommodate all types of operators such as:gear operators, electric actuators, and pneumatic actuators.
• Compared with the midline butterfly valve, the double eccentric butterfly valve is more resistant to high pressure, longer life, and good stability.
