    Features
    Bubble-tight shut-off at full pressure rating
    The seat and the disc are the only two valve parts in contact with the medium.
    Superior design for abrasive and erosive media.
    Replaceable cartridge seat — The replaceable seat consists of a reinforced back-up ring, on which the elastomer seat material is vulcanized. When mounting the valve between the pipe flanges this stable seat cannot be deformed or displaced. The cartridge design also prevents deformation when the valve is cycled, such as stretching and bending of the elastomer in front of the moving disc.
    Large number of material combinations available.
    Standardized actuator flange for easy operator interchangeability.
    Top bushing absorbs side thrust loads.
    Hub seal provided by preloaded contact between flatted seat surface and disc hub area for positive sealing at all disc positions.
    One-piece wafer thin disc stem gives the very minimum obstruction to flow.
    Field replaceable seat isolates the body and stem from the flow.
    Molded-in O-rings provides flange sealing and eliminates need for gaskets.
    Universal Mounting Flange — The cast-in actuator flange is universally designed in accordance with ISO 5211 standard dimensions. The mounting flange can accommodate all types of operators such as: 10-position handle kits, gear operators, electric actuators, and pneumatic actuators.
