Aluminum Lever Wafer Butterfly Valve
Features：
• Only the seat and disc are exposed to the flow medium.

The seat is composed of a reinforced backing ring with the elastomer vulcanized onto it. Once the valve is installed between pipe flanges, this robust seat resists deformation or shifting. The cartridge construction also avoids issues such as stretching or bending of the elastomer in front of the moving disc during operation.
• Available with numerous material combinations.
• Comes with a standardized actuator flange for easy interchangeability of operators.
• Hub sealing is achieved via preloaded contact between the flattened seat surface and the disc hub, ensuring reliable sealing at any disc position.
• The integral wafer‑thin disc and stem design minimizes flow restriction.
• The seat is field‑replaceable, keeping the body and stem out of the flow path.
• Integral molded O‑rings provide flange sealing, removing the need for separate gaskets.
• Universal mounting flange:
The cast‑in actuator flange conforms to ISO 5211 dimensional standards, allowing it to accept a wide range of operators—such as 10-position handle kits, gear operators, electric actuators, and pneumatic actuators.
